Director of Buchule Engineers, Mr. Nocanda is a qualified Civil Engineering Technologist with experience in engineering consultancy, project and construction management. He obtained a National Diploma in Civil from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) and a BTech degree in civil specializing in urban engineering from the same university.
He is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and is also a member of the South African Institution of Civil Engineers (SAICE) and the South African Black Technical and Allied Carrers Organization.
He obtained certificates to Develop and Manage Labour Intensive Construction Projects (NQF Level 7) through South African Value Education (SAVE).
His key areas of experience include, project feasibility studies, investigation and business plan preparation, design and tender documentation, project implementation and contract administration, project management and construction management of water and sewer reticulation, roads and storm water projects. He has also gained some experience in bulk services and sewer pump stations.Mr. Nocanda is the Marketing Director of Buchule and is responsible for the overall design and management based in the Queenstown office.
